A quilt can use a wide variety of effects that contribute to the quality and usage of the final quilted project.

To create these effects, quilters manipulate elements such as material type, stitch length, stitch style, material pattern design and color, piecing and cutting.

Quilted materials can be modified and enhanced further by embellishment, which may include, but not limited to, buttons, beads, wool, sequins etc.

Quilting has become a major hobby for me over the past 25 years. It provides a creative challenge while producing a specially unique, one of a kind, quilted project.
